Abstract
This action establishes a Class E airspace area at Delano, CA. Additional controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet or more above the surface of the earth is needed to contain aircraft executing instrument operations at Delano Municipal Airport. The intended effect of this action is to provide adequate controlled airspace for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at Delano Municipal Airport, Delano, CA.
