## Abstract

This action revises the Class E airspace at Alice, TX. The development of a Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) to runway (RWY) 16 and 34 at Old Hoppe Place Airport, Agua Dulce, TX, has made this rule necessary. This action is intended to provide adequate controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet or more above the surface for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at Old Hoppe Place Airport, Agua Dulce, TX.
