Modification of the Houston Class B Airspace Area; TX

This action modifies the Houston, TX, Class B airspace area. Specifically, this action reconfigures two existing subarea boundaries and establishes an additional subarea within the Houston Class B airspace area. The FAA is taking this action to enhance safety, reduce the potential for midair collision, and to improve management of air traffic operations into, out of, and through the Houston Class B airspace area while accommodating the concerns of airspace users. Additionally, the graphic that accompanied the notice proposing this action inadvertently depicted several incorrect mileage points. This action corrects those errors.
