## Abstract

This action amends Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) at Pineville, WV. The development of a Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) and VHF Omnidirectional Radio Range (VOR) SIAP at Kee Field Airport has made this action necessary. This action is intended to provide adequate Class E airspace to contain instruments flight rules (IFR) operations for aircraft executing the GPS RWY 7 SIAP and the VOR RWY 25 SIAP to Kee Field Airport at Pineville, WV.
