## Abstract

This action withdraws the Direct Final Rule amending the Class E airspace designations at Alliance, NE. The Direct Final Rule is being withdrawn due to the delay in installation of the Nondirectional Radio Beacon (NDB) to serve the Alliance Municipal Airport, NE.
