## Abstract

This action amends Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet Above Ground Level (AGL) at Wilmington, DE. The development of a Standards Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) based on the Global Positioning System (GPS) at New Castle County Airport has made this action necessary. This action is intended to provide adequate Class E airspace to contain instrument flight rules (IFR) operations for aircraft executing the GPS Runway (RWY) 9 SIAP to New Castle County Airport at Wilmington, DE.
