## Abstract

This action amends Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations part 73 by changing the office of primary responsibility for receiving and analyzing special use airspace reports from Program Director for Air Traffic Operations to Program Director for Air Traffic Airspace Management. This change is necessary to ensure consistency between the regulation and the current Air Traffic organizational structure.
