Abstract
This action establishes Class D airspace extending upward from the surface to and including 3,800 feet mean sea level (MSL) within a 4.4-mile radius of the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport at Fayetteville (Springdale), AR. An air traffic control tower will provide air traffic control services for pilots operating at Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport. The intended effect of this proposal is to provide adequate controlled airspace for aircraft operating in the vicinity of Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport, Fayetteville (Springdale), AR.
