## Abstract

This action establishes a temporary flight restriction (TFR) area for the periods of October 2 through October 10, 1999, and October 7 through October 15, 2000, for the 1999 and 2000 Kodak Albuquerque International Balloon Fiestas (KAIBF). This TFR is necessary to manage aircraft operating in the vicinity of the KAIBF, and to prevent unsafe congestion of aircraft that are sightseeing over and around the KAIBF.
