## Abstract

This rule amends the airworthiness standards for Transport Category rotorcraft by making several nonsubstantive clarification changes to the wording and by correcting various nonsubstantive errors in the performance requirements section. This rule is needed to correct errors in a final rule published on May 10, 1996.
