## Abstract

This action modifies Class E airspace at La Crosse, WI. A Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP), 330 deg. helicopter point in space approach, has been developed for Saint Francis Medical Center. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 to 1200 feet above ground level (AGL) is needed to contain aircraft executing the approach. This action modifies the existing controlled airspace for La Crosse, WI, to the southeast in order to include the point in space approach serving Saint Francis Medical Center.
