## Abstract

This action modifies Class E airspace at Eau Claire, WI. A Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP), 065 deg. helicopter point in space approach, has been developed for Luther Hospital Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 to 1200 feet above ground level (AGL) is needed to contain aircraft executing the approach. This action modifies the existing controlled airspace for Eau Claire, WI, to the southwest in order to include the point in space approach serving Luther Hospital.
