## Abstract

This action realigns Federal Airway 411 (V-411) in the vicinity of Rochester, MN. The FAA is taking this action to support the revision of several standard terminal arrival routes (STAR). This action will enhance the management of air traffic operations, and allow for better utilization of navigable airspace in the Rochester, MN, area.
