## Abstract

This action corrects a final rule that was published in the Federal Register on Thursday, August 12, 1999 (64 FR 43907), Airspace Docket No. 99-AWP-11, changing the name of Barbers Point NAS, HI, and it's associated airspace areas to Kalaeloa Airport and delaying the effective date of the rule.
