## Abstract

This action establishes Class E airspace extending upward from the surface within a 6.5 mile radius of the York Airport (THV). The increased traffic at the airport and its capacity to accept flights operating under Instrument Flight Rules via a Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) makes it desirable to establish Class E airspace designated as a surface area.
