## Abstract

This action changes the name of the using agency for Restricted Area R-5203; Oswego, NY, from ``Air National Guard, Northeast Air Defense Sector/DOS, Rome, NY,'' to ``Air National Guard, 174th Fighter Wing, Hancock Field, NY.'' This change is required due to a realignment of responsibilities within the Air National Guard.
