## Abstract

The Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO) is publishing a final regulation that implements the Equal Access to Justice Act (Act). The Act provides for the award of fees and other expenses to eligible individuals and entities that are parties to adversary adjudications before the Federal government. The regulation establishes procedures for the filing and consideration of applications for awards of fees and expenses in connection with adversary adjudications before OFHEO.
