On January 11, 2000, HUD published a final rule that made certain amendments to the Public Housing Assessment System regulations, issued as final regulations by HUD on September 1, 1998. This document makes certain technical and editorial corrections to the January 11, 2000, final rule. Elsewhere in this edition of the Federal Register, HUD is publishing a notice concerning additional PHAS transition assistance for certain PHAs.
