## Abstract

This document amends the educational assistance regulations of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The amendments reflect statutory changes contained in the Veterans Millennium Health Care and Benefits Act of 1999 and statutory interpretations. This document also makes changes for the purpose of clarification.
