Abstract

This final rule amends The Office of Inspector General's Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) regulation, and implements the statutory requirements of the Electronic Freedom of Information Act (EFOIA). This final rule follows publication of a March 12, 2002, proposed rule. There were no comments on the proposed rule and HUD is adopting the proposed regulatory amendments without change.
