Abstract

This final rule revises HUD's regulations for the Multifamily Housing Mortgage and Housing Assistance Restructuring Program (Mark-to- Market). The final rule provides that the Assistant Secretary for Housing-Federal Housing Commissioner, and not the Director of the Office of Multifamily Housing Assistance Restructuring (OMHAR), has the authority to waive the Mark-to-Market regulation.
