## Abstract

This final rule provides the bases for, and procedures applicable to, enforcement actions under Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP), a form of "fast-track processing" that gives qualified lenders the option of preparing the applicable Federal Housing Administration (FHA) forms and doing preliminary underwriting for certain loan applications. This final rule follows publication of a December 17, 2004, proposed rule.
