## Abstract

This rulemaking adopts as final, with minor changes, an interim final rule amending the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) regulations governing payments under contracts or State home care agreements between VA and State homes for the nursing home care of certain disabled veterans. The minor changes include revising the authority citation to be consistent with the John S. McCain III, Daniel K. Akaka, and Samuel R. Johnson VA Maintaining Internal Systems and Strengthening Integrated Outside Networks (VA MISSION) Act of 2018.
