## Abstract

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this final rule to amend its adjudication regulations to implement the mandates of section 926 of the William M. (Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2021, which authorized VA to furnish benefits based on Space Force service.
