## Abstract

This document corrects an error in the final regulations published in the Federal Register on November 1, 1994 for the Federal Pell Grant Program (59 FR 54718). These regulations implement statutory changes in the Federal Pell Grant Program authorized by title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended by the Higher Education Amendments of 1992, and the Higher Education Technical Amendments of 1993.
