Abstract
The Secretary announces revisions to Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-21, ``Cost Principles for Educational Institutions,'' which is used by the Department of Education in administering grant programs. The preambles to previously published final rulemaking documents specified Circular A-21 as amended through certain dates as the text of the Circular used for Department of Education programs. The Secretary specifies in this document subsequent OMB amendments to Circular A-21 and adopts those amendments for grant programs administered by the Department.
