## Abstract

The Secretary amends the regulations governing the Federal Perkins Loan Program to add the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number to Sec. 674.34(e) of the regulations. The section contains information collection requirements approved by OMB. The Secretary takes this action to inform the public that these requirements have been approved, and therefore affected parties must comply with them.
