Abstract
This document amends the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) adjudication regulations to authorize compensation for disabilities resulting from the undiagnosed illnesses of Persian Gulf veterans. This amendment provides the necessary regulatory framework to allow the Secretary to pay compensation under the authority granted by the Persian Gulf War Veterans' Benefits Act.
