## Abstract

This final rule amends the Fair Housing Initiatives Program (FHIP) regulation at 24 CFR part 125 to provide for the implementation of statutory amendments pertaining to private enforcement initiatives; the funding of fair housing organizations; and the implementation of national (including national fair housing month), regional and local, and community-based education and outreach programs. In addition, it corrects a cross-reference contained in part 103.
