Abstract

The Department published in the Federal Register, a final rule and guidelines that established guidelines to assist Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) recipients in evaluating and selecting economic development activities for assistance with CDBG funds. The purpose of this document is to make certain clarifying technical amendments to that final rule.
