## Abstract

This document amends the Vocational Rehabilitation and Education regulations to reflect the statutory requirement that individuals seeking to establish eligibility for educational assistance under the Montgomery GI Bill--Active Duty through a combination of active duty service and service in the Selected Reserve must enter the Selected Reserve within one year of discharge from active duty.
