On March 15, 1996 (61 FR 10858), the Department published a final rule streamlining its regulations under the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974. In part, this final rule removed part 3283 from the Code of Federal Regulations and made related conforming changes in other provisions in the manufactured housing regulations. However, one conforming change was inadvertently omitted from the rule. Therefore, this correction revises Sec. 3280.3 in the manufactured housing regulations to delete a reference to part 3283, which was removed by the March 15 rule.
