## Abstract

This document amends the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) regulations relating to Servicemen's and Veterans' Group Life Insurance by eliminating provisions that merely restate statutory provisions or that no longer apply to the insurance programs and by rewriting other provisions for purposes of clarification.
