Abstract

The Youthbuild program is one of many HUD programs that directly invests in distressed communities, and opportunities to further the goals of the program and stimulate community investment and support for the Youthbuild program must be encouraged. This interim rule amends the regulations for the Youthbuild Program to define administrative costs for which Youthbuild funds may be expended.
