Abstract
This document amends Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) regulations by removing the investigation provisions set forth at 38 CFR 1.450 through 1.455. These provisions are obsolete. The investigation authorities under the Inspector General Act of 1978, as amended (5 U.S.C. Appendix 3), have superseded these provisions.
