## Abstract

This rule makes final the requirements for the Community Development Block Grant Program for Indian tribes and Alaska native villages. Several revisions have been made to the previously published interim rule by this final rule. These revisions have been made in response to public comments, to correct errors and unintentional omissions in the interim rule, and to include in this part those applicable sections of subparts C, J, and K of part 570 which were included by reference in the interim rule.
