## Abstract

This final rule amends HUD's regulations implementing section 104(d) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, including residential antidisplacement and relocation assistance plans, one-for- one replacement requirements, and relocation benefits. In an effort to comply with the President's regulatory reform initiatives, this rule will streamline those regulations by consolidating them into one part. This final rule will make the regulations clearer and more concise.
