## Abstract

This interim rule amends HUD's regulations for the Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Single Room Occupancy Program for Homeless Individuals at 24 CFR part 882, subpart H. These amendments conform the program regulations with statutory and regulatory changes. The amendments will clarify and update the regulations according to current requirements.
