Abstract
This document amends the educational assistance and educational benefits regulations of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). It makes changes concerning eligibility requirements for educational assistance and benefits, rates of payment for educational assistance, measurement of training time, approval of various types of courses, and educational death benefits. These changes restate statutory requirements and set forth VA's statutory interpretations.
