## Abstract

This final rule amends HUD's regulations in 24 CFR part 965 on public housing maintenance and operations to streamline and simplify necessary requirements and to eliminate unnecessary requirements. This final rule takes into consideration comments received on the September 25, 1995 proposed rule.
