## Abstract

This final rule sets forth regulations to implement the Indian Loan Guarantee Program authorized by section 184 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1992. The purpose of the program is to provide loan guarantees that will make private financing available to Native Americans on restricted lands where no source of financing is currently available.
