Abstract
This document amends the Department of Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR) to establish delegations of authority for acquisition issues to the Assistant Secretary for Management and to the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Acquisition and Materiel Management, and to provide for further delegations of certain acquisition issues. This document also changes certain VA positions to reflect the correct titles.
