## Abstract

This final rule amends HUD's regulations for the Interstate Land Sales Registration Program. In an effort to comply with the President's regulatory reform initiatives, this rule will streamline the Interstate Land Sales Registration Program regulations by eliminating provisions that are repetitive of statutes or are otherwise unnecessary. This final rule will make the Interstate Land Sales Registration Program regulations clearer and more concise. Guidelines applicable to the program are available from the Department, as provided in an uncodified attachment to this rule.
