Abstract

In compliance with the President's regulatory reform initiatives, this rule further streamlines HUD's regulations for the HOPE for Homeownership of Single Family Homes Program (HOPE 3) by eliminating remaining provisions that are unnecessarily expansive in light of existing statutory requirements.
