Abstract
This document establishes Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) regulations for providing vocational training and rehabilitation to Vietnam veterans' children with spina bifida. This is necessary for providing vocational training and rehabilitation to these children under recently enacted legislation that authorizes this benefit.
