Abstract
This document amends the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) adjudication regulations to provide for payment of a monetary allowance to a child suffering from spina bifida who is a child of a Vietnam veteran. The intended effect of this amendment is to implement legislation authorizing VA to provide such benefits.
