## Abstract

This document establishes regulations regarding Vietnam veterans' children with spina bifida. The regulations concern the provision of health care needed for the spina bifida or any disability that is associated with such condition. This action is necessary to establish a mechanism for providing health care to such children in accordance with recently enacted legislation.
