Abstract

The Secretary amends the regulations governing The State Vocational Rehabilitation Services Program. These amendments are needed to implement changes to the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Act) made by the Rehabilitation Act Amendments of 1992, enacted on October 29, 1992, as amended by the 1993 technical amendments (hereinafter collectively referred to as the 1992 Amendments).
