## Abstract

This document amends the Department of Veterans Affairs vocational rehabilitation regulations. Changes are made to reflect current organizational structure; to decentralize decisionmaking; to update authority citations; to reflect statutory requirements concerning the limit on the amount of money that VA can pay in advance on a work-study contract; and to clarify provisions.
