## Abstract

The Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight is adopting as final without change the interim regulation that was published at 63 FR 8840 on February 23, 1998. This final regulation implements the Privacy Act of 1974 by setting forth the procedures by which an individual may request access to records about him/her that are maintained by OFHEO, amendment of such records, or an accounting of disclosures of such records.
